You will receive the label via email – including a QR code, in case you don't have a printer available.
How does the return process work?
- You fill out the return form above, providing your order number, what you are returning, your email address, and so on. The more information you provide in the form, the faster and easier the return process will be for you and, of course, for us.
- You will then receive an email with a link to create your return label.
- You take the packaged and labeled shipment to the nearest Packstation or DHL branch and then receive a receipt for your return.
- We will receive notification of your return and process the refund of the invoice amount as quickly as possible.
How much does return shipping cost?
The return label costs €4.90. You don't need to pay anything separately – we'll simply deduct the amount from your refund. This simplifies the process for both of us.
I ordered the wrong model – can I exchange it?
Yes, if you accidentally ordered the wrong model or color, you can simply indicate on the return form that you would like an exchange. As soon as we receive your package, we will process the exchange as quickly as possible.
When will I not receive a refund?
If we cannot process a return (e.g., missing order number), unfortunately a refund is not possible. Please include the return slip, which you will automatically receive by email once you have created your return label.
How long do I have to return or exchange a product?
You have 14 working days after receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
What happens if the product has already been used?
Only unused, undamaged items in their original condition will be fully refunded. If a product shows signs of use or damage, we will review each case individually – a partial refund may then be possible.
How long will it take to get my money back?
After we receive your return, it takes approximately 14 days for the amount to be refunded to your original payment method. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
