Within Germany , standard shipping is free for purchases of €10 or more - that means for every Cybercase and every Cyberloop.
For €3.50 you can optionally select the "Premium Priority" shipping option at checkout.
Outside of Germany and within the EU, you also pay no shipping fees for purchases over €50 - otherwise only €4.90.
Returns
You can return your Cybercase within 14 days of delivery. You can create a DHL return label/QR code via our returns portal.
6 month guarantee
In addition to the statutory warranty, you receive a 6-month manufacturer's warranty from us. Should your case show unusual wear and tear within this period that is not caused by normal use, you will of course receive a free replacement.
