Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ROLE MODEL Inh. T. Kozak, Möhlstrasse 22, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, Email:) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Important: We cannot accept returns that are sent back without prior email notification, as such returns often cannot be clearly assigned to an order. Without clear assignment, no refund can be issued.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you, and you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

For a full refund, the goods must be in new and unused condition. Products with signs of use or damage will not be refunded, or will only be refunded partially according to our terms.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We offer a DHL return label via our returns portal. Use of this label is optional and subject to a fee of 4.90 euros for returns within Germany and 8.90 euros for returns from outside Germany. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund. You will receive the label and a DHL QR code by email.

We recommend insured shipping with tracking to protect yourself in the event of loss during return transport.
