Shipping
My order still hasn't arrived
Usually, it takes no longer than 2-3 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that a processing time of one business day is normal. Please check the following first:
- Are the delivery details you provided during the order process, such as name and address, correct?
If you can answer "yes" to this question, please allow the German Post an additional 2-3 business days. The German Post is currently somewhat overloaded in some regions, and delivery may be delayed depending on the volume of packages.
Please also note that your shipment may be delivered directly to your mailbox without a delivery person ringing your doorbell. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us here. When contacting us, please include your order number.
The shipment tracking is not working
In the shipping confirmation email you receive, you can track your order with a single click. If the link does not work, please click here and enter your tracking number from the shipping confirmation.
Note: If you selected the free basic delivery option at checkout, the tracking will not be detailed – individual steps will not be shown here.
According to the tracking information, my shipment is stuck
German Post / DHL is currently experiencing delivery delays in some regions of Germany. A delay of 1-3 business days can therefore be normal.
For more detailed information, contact German Post / DHL by phone at 0228 4 333 112.
You can find the tracking number for your order in your shipping confirmation.
Return shipment
How long does it take for my return to be refunded?
Your return refund usually takes no longer than 14 days.
Delays may be caused by the following reasons:
- Your return did not include a return slip / the sender address is not on the package - your shipment cannot be identified
- Your return is not eligible for a refund because the return period has expired or the condition of your return excludes a full refund
- Your return was sent without prior registration

Cybercase Rebel
My case has slight streaks on the surface – is this a manufacturing defect?
Light streaks or smudges on the surface can occur due to production and are usually not damage.
They can usually be easily removed, for example with glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth. After that, the surface should look even again.
MagSafe does not always work reliably – what is the reason?
In some models, the MagSafe ring is positioned slightly deeper in the case due to manufacturing. As a result, MagSafe may not activate immediately.
In this case, move the MagSafe charger slightly towards the camera frame. In most cases, this will correctly trigger charging.
What material is the Cybercase Rebel made of?
The camera protection frame is made of hard plastic for additional stability and protection.
The case itself is made of flexible plastic to absorb shocks and ensure a good fit.
In the Cybercase Rebel Hardcase Series, the surface of the case is made of acrylic glass, which provides an especially smooth and solid surface.
Cybercase Platinum
Is the Cybercase Platinum a hard case or flexible?
The Cybercase Platinum is flexible.
The frame is softer and more flexible than the rest of the case body to better absorb shocks.
The camera protection frame is made of hard plastic and provides additional stability and protection for the camera.
I see small, slightly raised dots on the surface – what is that?
These are pressure points that can be caused by dust particles or fine debris between the smartphone and the case.
Since the case is very thin and flexible, these particles can easily show through the material.
Solution:
Remove the case and smartphone.
Thoroughly clean the inside of the case and remove any dust.
Also clean the smartphone.
Reattach the case.
After a few hours, the material usually recovers on its own once no pressure is applied by dust particles.
The MagSafe hold is too weak for me – is that a defect?
No. The Cybercase Platinum is designed to be extremely thin.
Here, a deliberate balance was chosen between minimal design and sufficient MagSafe functionality.
A lower MagSafe hold is due to the design, does not represent a manufacturing defect, and is not a reason for a complaint.
