The Newness Seal
To ensure you receive a completely unused product with the Cybercase Platinum, we attach a special newness seal to this model.
The seal is a small sticker loop placed directly on the camera opening of the case.
Before use, this seal must be deliberately removed.
You might know this from buying clothes:
There, too, a tag is attached that must be removed before wearing and must still be present for returns. Our newness seal works exactly on this principle.
For you, this means:
- You receive only genuine new products
- No returns, no previously used products
- Clear and transparent quality control specifically for the Cybercase Platinum
Important for returns of the Cybercase Platinum:
A return with a full refund is only possible if the newness seal is intact and still attached.
Without the seal, the product is considered used and cannot be fully refunded. Please remove the seal only when you are sure you want to use the product.
Why is there a new value seal?
The newness seal ensures that every Cybercase Platinum is unused and has not been previously used or returned.
Where is the Loop Seal located?
As a small sticker loop directly at the camera opening of the case.
May I test the case without removing the newness seal (Loop Seal)?
You can visually inspect and check the case. Everyday use or inserting the smartphone is only intended after removing the loop seal.
What happens if the newness seal (Loop Seal) is removed?
Once the loop seal is removed, the product is considered used and is excluded from return with a full refund.
Why does this regulation apply only to the Cybercase Platinum?
Due to the special surface finishing and the increased quality requirements, this model undergoes a separate like-new inspection. Gradually, the Loop Seal is also being introduced into other products.
