Our return policy
Only products that are unused, unworn, free of any signs of use, and ideally still have their original protective film on them, qualify for a full refund. Any use beyond a basic functional test results in a loss of value, which we must take into account when calculating the refund.
This is how we assess the condition of a return:
- Minor signs of wear:
Minimal wear and tear or initial signs of use. Refund reduction: 30–40%.
- Clear signs of use:
Scratches, abrasions, MagSafe marks, or visible wear. Reimbursement reduction: 40–70%.
- Heavily used or unsaleable goods:
The refund can be reduced to €0.
We reserve the right to request pictures to assess the product's condition before returning it.
Can I use the product for two weeks in everyday life and then return it?
No. The right of withdrawal only allows for a brief inspection, not everyday use. Everyday use leads to a significant decrease in value – or in extreme cases, no refund at all.
My item shows signs of wear. What happens if I return it?
Signs of wear and tear lead to a loss in value. Depending on the condition, the refund can be significantly reduced – down to €0 if the product is no longer saleable.
Why must the product be returned in new condition and preferably with the original protective film?
To ensure we can resell every product in perfect condition, it must arrive at our warehouse in like-new condition. Removed protective films or signs of use often render an item unsaleable and lead to additional resource consumption, as goods then need to be refurbished or disposed of. To avoid unnecessary returns, transport, and environmental impact, we therefore inspect returns particularly carefully and ask you to handle items responsibly before returning them.
