Can I test my Cybercase in everyday use and possibly return it? - Using our products in everyday life already leads to signs of wear after a short time. Products with signs of wear are not eligible for a refund.
Cybercase Platinum
Like-new seal Seal-Loop
All Cybercase Platinum (except Frozen Silver for iPhone 17 and 17 Air) come with a new condition seal/loop attached around the camera opening. The loop guarantees the product's new condition and must be removed during everyday use.
A (full) refund for the Cybercase Platinum is only possible with the seal loop intact and not removed. For more information about the ROLE MODEL® Seal, see here.

Return shipping costs
We do not offer free returns. For €5.90, you can easily create a DHL return label/QR code through our returns portal.
What happens if I have multiple products in my order?
You can of course also return individual items from your order.
Please note: In our shop, you receive automatic bundle discounts starting from 2 items as well as from 3 or more items.
If a partial return reduces the originally ordered quantity below these thresholds, the granted bundle discount will be proportionally revoked.
The resulting adjusted order value will be taken into account and deducted in the final refund.
Within what time frame can I return my order?
After delivery, you have 14 days to return your case.
How long does it take for the refund to be processed?
On average, it takes no longer than 14 business days for us to check and complete the return. Once we are done, we will send you an email. If we have any questions, we will contact you.
What do I need to consider if I want to send my return myself?
You can return your order independently using a shipping service of your choice. Please make sure your package is trackable in case something goes wrong during transport. Accurate tracking provides security for you and helps us trace the path of your shipment. Before returning, please contact our support to receive a return label.
What else do I need to consider?
Before starting the return, make sure that your case is still in a like-new, unused condition. We reserve the right to request pictures to verify the condition if necessary.
